At SILMO 2016, Hung Kai proudly joined over 900 global exhibitors at Paris Nord Villepinte for one of the eyewear industry’s most influential events. Held from September 23–26, the fair welcomed 33,771 visitors, with more than half coming from outside France — a testament to SILMO’s international reach and relevance2.
Our booth showcased an evolved collection of clamshell eyeglass cases and custom packaging solutions, crafted with eco-conscious materials, refined textures, and tailored branding for premium eyewear clients. This year’s event spotlighted key industry trends such as customization, low vision technologies, and digital retail experiences, aligning closely with Hung Kai’s mission to blend craftsmanship with innovation2.
We were especially inspired by the SILMO Academy and the Silmo d’Or Awards, which celebrated excellence in design and technology — values that continue to shape our approach to product development and client partnerships.
