Our standard payment terms are – 50% upfront deposit, 50% upon shipment.

Shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer. Import duties, taxes, and any other fees levied by customs authorities are also the customer’s responsibility. We can provide documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

We are proud to be a Hong Kong-based company with manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, China. Our Hong Kong office handles design, sales, and quality control, while our factories utilize world-class CNC machines and injection molding equipment to ensure precision and efficiency.

Quality is paramount. We implement rigorous quality control checks throughout the entire production process, from raw material inspection to final product inspection.

Lead times vary based on project complexity and order volume. Generally, allow 4-8 weeks for tooling, design approval and production. We will provide a more precise timeline during the quoting process.
